This utility can shutdown your system at your desired time.If you want your system to shut down by 2:00 pm , then you have to simply set hour combo box to 14 and minute combo box to 0 and simply minimize the app window, pls dont close the app.your system will shutdown by 2:0 pm.
This utility will work on windows xp professional / home.
This utility uses the shutdown.exe command line utility of windows xp to make system shutdown.
